The weather is not very good today. You guys got any plan for this weekend?

For me and my family,nothing special. Will go to Box Hill market this morning, then visit some open homes this afternoon...Most of the time will stay at home.

仲以為你地去睇那些新建樓盤,成條村咁有好多唔同款既新屋比你地任睇.我係sydney睇過,真係好正,唔錯既免費節目.d屋同傢私都好鬼靚,唔買都可以睇下.

上次車經過glen waverly附近好似見到都有呢類open village.
好在tv岩岩整返好,成個下午家庭影院,好在帶左好多dvd來.

I had finished choosing all the material and colour in the new house, now is waiting the land to "title release", then can start built la...

After I arrived, most of the time is going everywhere to see the display home and the environment around, mainly is northern and western suburb, also, before I came, my husband had search the information on the internet about the new surburb such as how far from city, is it main point developing by Govt., how is the accessory (eg. school, health care, shopping centre, transport and crime rate...), at last, we choose Point Cook.

The name is under to the Home Owner. That's why we now waiting for the title release and then going to build the house. "Title release" means put your name into the land ownerships. As you will find the information in "City in Wyndham" website, this is the newly developing area who move to here is mainly young couple with children and middle class. The most important is it only takes 20-25 mins to CBD.

Thanks for your information. As you know we are now looking for buy a house. For myself I like Box Hill so much, but the prices of the houses here are not cheap at all.

So we need to find other better place --> nice house with not expensive prices...

(is it possible?)

Are there any shopping mall, school, public transport around Point Cook? Coz its a very new area.

There has a "Sanctuary Lake Shopping Centre" nearby. There also has child care centre, primary schools(2) and 1 high school. I want Alvie to study in the Catholic school and there is one near my house location. Actually, the basic needs can be achieved.

You have to beware of some area, sometimes the house there is not expensive but many problems in those area. There has some cheaper houses in Box Hill but they really need sophisticated renovation coz they sell it for someone to rebuild a house.

呢幾日都落雨,無街去,最多去下safeway同公園,返屋企就不停上網同埋煲hk帶來既vcd咁,臨走前抄左好幾套新戲,得閒可以借比你睇.

d仔女就簡直除左吃飯未離開過部tv tim.
今日第一堂學車,好緊張,個師傅仲好young,搞到我都唔係好大信心.問老公拿車去學,佢話驚我撞左佢部車... :-( :-(

我想問如果叫hk親戚寄1-2隻翻版碟過來有無問題呢??海關會唔會check得好嚴??係呢度見到d dvd就唔敢買(au$20=hk$120),hk即使係正版碟 $5已經可以租一套再抄埋,相對呢度真係幾貴.
