聽你講在uk住問題,我都覺現在uk租同買都好貴,我細佬都
建意我買好過租,但我現在買唔起,因為無money比deposite
而且試過係hk都左付資產,所以現在都好驚,因為層樓真係令
我地無左好多錢,直到去年先買得出,現在仲有兩月供,而且d
街外錢仲未清,真係慘!
本來我都想住係london outside近我家姐到,可惜租金實在
應付唔起 :-( :-( :-(

付資產 is the one thing that I worry most.
so we only buy a small and cheap one and sure that we can afford if anything bad happened.

we can borrow more from the bank, but I told them that we don;t want to borrow too much..
big enough for 2 of us will be fine..

I know some people they borrow up to their definite maximum. its ok when the economy is strong but they put themselves in a very dangerous position.

好,但我實在唔放心交我的仔女比人揍,所以唸住等佢地大多少少就搵part-time做!

I agree with u.
the most important thing is yr child.
u can earn money in the future, but if u miss the time to grow up with yr child, u will never get it back again.

not to worry too much la..

Tring唔知你有無聽過,我以前係uk差不多住左10年,後來覺
得悶,返左hk做野,跟住現在有了小朋友,所以又返uk住!我經
以入左藉了,所以係uk做野無問題!

頭先我朋友個老公來幫我拾好d fence放埋一邊先，因她家裡都有四塊fence倒下，我諗要等她自已整好先才再幫我整了！總之今日d風好勁呀，我諗似十號風球呀！現在真係有得震無得訓了

我都想有得依賴下，但無得依賴就要靠自已架啦！

I hope our fence will still be intact.

at least its just a minor damage and its can get fix easily. as long as u ang ginny are fine, right?

don't go out la if its not necessary

I just hope that my hubby can drive home safely as he need to drive along a countrylane. its very dark.
last week his windscreen was broken by a small stone on his way to work. we just repaired it last sunday. cost us £60 :-( :-(
fortunately it will not affect our no claim bonus. however if its broken the second, our no claim bonus will be affected whcih mean higher insurance for next year :-( :-( :-(
