我現在就等緊green card,其實之前有一次機會去打fingerprint,但由於正值我要去participated in my brother's graduate in Ohio, 所以我decided再重新去arrange 我的appointment, 因為我覺得我亞哥比較重要d, green card 等吓也沒所謂. 但都等了almost半年,但都未有消息,不過遲些我都會去問吓情況怎樣, 可能到時要同埋小肥佬一起去見移民官啦. 不過你說得對, INS d 人做嘢真係好鬼......慢......
不過以我所知, 如果申請埋屋企人拿埋green card,真係係要好長時間....我律師同我說過,拿到green card 五年後,可以去考citizen,拿到citizen後就可以申請埋屋企,到時再等數年,等移民局批...我當時諗,"咁即係要我屋企人等我十年?"
肥佬都話要個仔成為christian呀,佢話會對佢好d, 不過肥佬話,如果個仔係唔聽話,十八年後會kick him out.....

I will go to LA later this month with my 16 months old boy. I plan to visit my hubby’s grandma in downtown, go to disneyland park, a beach (long beach / santa monica), and shopping....
Can any LA moms advise where (hotels) I should stay (downtown / other area) so that I can shorten the time on driving from place to place?
Can you also advise any “must go” attraction points, places for kids and the shopping malls with more baby / child stuffs?

Are you married to a US citizen? If so, you just have to have greencard for 3 years,then you can apply citizenship, if you are married to a greencard holder, then you have to wait 5 years to apply citizenship!
I didn't ask any lawyer to help. We simply just phone to INS and ask those officer and download form from the official website and apply everything that way! We are cheap, don't wanna pay lawyers anything! haaaaa!

My hubby's family treated me very nice. They didn't discriminate me at all. Indeed, they are really good to take care of me. If I have any problem, they are happy to help. At first my hubby's friends will think a chinese married to an American it's simply because I want a citizenship. However, my hubby told them I have to give up my career and everything to be with him, and they finally realized that there is a better place than USA. USA is not a greal deal in the other ppl's eyes!

If you want go to visit HK and back to US, and you have "Green Card ", you don't need "回美証". This document is someone want leave US over six months people use. I think you only go back to HK not over 6 months. I went back to HK few times, the longer time was almost one month. I only hold my BNO and green card. No problem go back to USA.
I always to buy air-ticket only. I know the agengy in SFO always have "air-ticket + hotel". But I asked here ( lax ) agengy, they said, even though the hotel + air-ticket are divide to book. About the air-ticket for baby, 10% of face price under 2 year-old.
Are you pay everytime you ask the lawyer question? If yes, no need spend a lot of money. Your hubby is a citizen, you are no doubt to apply citizenship after 3 years. That's a rule in USA. You can download N-400 form from internet. No need pay more to lawyer. To save money to your bb better than to give the lawyer.
