do you believe? since I took the Bee Propolis everyday from April (but don't know it's because the bee's caps or yoga cos joined yoga same month). I haven't got flu wor.. (touchwood!).

ex乜鬼野pert丫,我話"好似"好易整.我覺得唔駛用焗爐既甜品相對地易整d.可能呢個係beat egg white方面difficult d, beat得唔夠企身可能會好影響個口感.d甜品師傅係呢方法會講究d,但我呢d師奶仔,整到類似既就覺得ok嫁喇!

in the past, i usually caught cold once a mth.
since i start taking royal jelly since last Dec, i got less cold but this time, hard for me, too long & too severe la~~!!!

the only one power level 1 lesson i attained, Samrat request one flowing action, downward facing dog then fly to crane pose, both feet don't touch the floor...... this one scared me ......

雙手板在shoulder位平按地下, 頭"重心的位置"與雙手板成"等邊三角型", 感覺會好似掉落前邊的地下就岩, 下次試下啦....
