咁如果。。未批到PR 比我，我可唔可以過去溫哥華等呢？定係要在香港等批左先去得？
想再問下你當時係郵寄定係電腦填的？

非常唔該哂！我地完全冇諗過一結婚就申請會引起懷疑。。。

如果你係境外(即香港)申請就要係香港等批先過去！如果你急住過去，咁索性係加拿大申請境内，不過你要預申請時間起碼年半以上先批，而香港申請6-10個月就有！無論境外境內都係郵寄申請，只不過填form用電腦填好先寄！

My husband (principal applicant) received a letter requesting for our children's hospital birth certificate and a certified criminal record check (RCMP). I have questions here:
1) Does the hospital birth certificate means simply birth cert but not issued from hospital?
2) My hubby has already done the police certificate and fingerprint in Wan Chai earlier, it said they will send to the visa office, now he has been requested for RCMP criminal record check, are they talking the same thing?

Pls help! I m a bit confused here now. (emoji)

1. I guess is same thing and I only have that birth certificate submitted.

2. Why your husband need to do fingerprint one? Was he lived in other country more than 6 months? Is CIA asking other country police cert instead?

你可以buy time, 遞左form先，到佢叫你做body check 時先做，到批時，應該有足夠時間賣樓

My husband studied his college in Calgary for 3 years. I have no ideas why he needs to get the RCMP criminal record check. Now i m searching around more information how to get it done by end of the year. (emoji)(emoji)

老公話唔知點做第一步。個申請步驟好似講緊本地申請配偶。即係有物業工作係加。但佢返咗黎十幾年。果邊咩都無。係咪要買咗層樓先? 我咩都唔識唔識, 佢叫我攪。比佢簽名

無啦！邊有物業、工作係加拿大呀？第一部上網睇清楚有咩form要填、有咩資料要交，唔明CIA又有video教學點填、step by step, 但首先你地要有共識返加拿大目的係咩，一個想去，一個唔想變都好難成事

我理解境內申請係本身晌加拿大有Study visa 或work visa0既人先可以境內申請

我個情況係過左嚟先搞, 但要清楚過左嚟你身份係visitor, 基本上無得搵工, 無得學車, 無醫保, 乜都無我過左嚟先係因為仔女九月開學(佢兩個已經係加籍)

仲有, 香港護照過嚟, 只可以留六個月, 要extend visitor visa

驚比人懷疑0既話就交多D一齊相處0既證明, 好似要拍拖(in a relationship)多過兩年先可以申請, 但呢個我唔肯定
