It seems many US Mommies will move too! Do you find the information of North Carolina? Are you find apartment first or buy a house over there? When we move to new area everytime, we will find apartment to live first and then see the house can buy. It always need take a long time to do. I wish you have a smooth moving in August!

Thanks for your suggestion! We are a new here, so not yet to check the laundry because I think I have washing machine. When we lived in apartment, close there has laundry and we go every week. Hope the repair guy is really come to fix tomorrow and my problem will solve la.

In US, many cases same as us. I told my hubby yesterday, " In US, it seems do everything so slow and not effective, we should be need more patient and don't have rush time, otherwise, the thing is bad." But, we bought this new home, just consider 10 mins after we saw the building ( on the way build ), otherwise, no more la... ( 200 name list for waiting )

If Fat Bear Bear Daddy want to do Amenda show, you can try Nero software. Lately, they have a Free for download just like a show.

You are so cool! You bought everything from HK. I think the stuffs must very attractive and a good price. Did you stay at your HK family home? I same as you, the HK humidity no problem for me, but just hard to sleep well, because my HK home use bamboo in the bed and no one use my bed except me, but I came back just 10-11 days every two years. So, my bamboo bed has wried smell if in the humidity season. Time goes fast! Your son is 1 yrs old la. Happy Birthday to your son! Now he is walk, I believe that your son will run very soon!

About the whole milk: I buy different brand of whole milk, it depends I go which store. I always go to Ralph, Target, Albertson - so the brand is Mountain Dairy, Ross, Ralph ( they all have Vitamin D ), Delta, but I like to buy Mountain Dairy more.

Hello all moms:
I had my baby girl on June 17 la :-P , she was born on her due date ( by my period date), 6lb 11 oz, 20 inches long, natural birth, the delivery was short and smooth and I was able to go by my plan, no epidural this time but seriously it wasn't too bad, I started to have the contractions since Thurs. and after the check up on Friday morning, the doc. told me my cervix was dilated 2-3 cm and ready to go to the hospital, at that time, I didn't really feel any pain, it was just the contractions but because I have false contractions all the time, it didn't really bother me at all, so we took our time and me had my hubby had the lunch before we went to the hospital, after the nurses prepared me, it was 4 p.m. I didn't really feel the "pain" until 7 p.m but I was still able to tolerate that and the "BIG PAIN" was at 8:15 p.m. but only half and hour my girl was born, only 3 pushes, only about 8 mins. she was out, compared to my son ( I pushed for 30 min.) , she was even faster, it was just an amazing experience without the epidural, I can really feel the child birth this time and which I didn't experience that with my son.
Thanks for all moms who concern about me and the caring phone calls, we haven't upload the pic. yet, once I did, I will show it to you all,my mom cares me during this "sit moon" period so much and just told me not to stay at the computer too long and need to get rest at the bed now, so I talk to you gals later,

其實依家我哋住緊呢一區, elementary school 算係 high test score, 所以對亞仔大個咗讀書,係好有幫助..我係香港時,都係住一個好細既單位,所以住condo ,對我嚟講,係無問題,但係有想學人, 種花,雖然我老公成日話係" plant killer"

我的仔坐飛機表現算不錯。兩程飛機的起飛和降落時, 他都在睡覺。每程飛機平均睡八小時。他清醒時, 不肯坐定定, 一定要我扶住他雙手周圍行(當時他還未識自己行), 行到我腰酸背痛, 他都未疲倦。可能因為他行得多, 所以睡得多。Bb適應時差的能力比大人強。到香港第二天, 他便睡早起早, 比在美國更正常。因為他見到香港有很多新事物, 所以日頭會強撐不肯睡覺, 他試過十二個小時內只睡半小時。Bb在香港非常開心, 可能每天都有baba mama陪他玩和可以經常去街。

Thank you for the whole milk information. I lived in my Mom’s house when I was in HK.
Maybe I just left one year, so my bed did not smell weird. Bamboo bed is more health than the others and it make the bed cooler. I like bamboo mattress too. The stuff in HK is very cheap and beautiful. The baby clothes in 花園街are very cheap and their qualities are quite ok.

I will go to NC this July 4th for a week and try to buy a car and familiar the area first. Then when we move back in August, we will have my husband'c company to pay for all the moving expense. We bought a townhouse in North Carolina 3 years ago. So, we will just move back to our townhouse but since we have chloe now, so we will start looking a bigger house once we return

Then...another moving is expecting ....

You know what, I want stay in Laguna Hills too when we first pick the hotel. But my husband told me our baby is so small and I have to pump milk every 5 hours. Thats why we pick Hyatt which is center of the area. You pick the good one cause that Marriot there is also a resort and has a really nice view (from their website!!)

My husband is on temporarily assignment on San Jose and his home location is NC. I personallyl never lived in NC only visit a few times, but my feeling is mostly black and white...and Vitenamse. I like CA a lot and I am lucky cos I came to US only 3 years and I came to CA first instead to NC first. Otherwise, I will back to HK very soon cos I like more diversifed area like here.
Why are you planning to move? For better school or ???
