My daughter is learning Jolly Phonics. There is a language center at admiralty called le beaumont but quite expensive, cost HKD220/hour. My daughter used to be there for half year but had switched to starters school since Sept this year. I let her joined starters because she can learn how to conversate in English and she goes there twice a week, each session is 3 hours. you can find details at their website: www.starters.edu.hk
If your daughter is studying in the afternoon, then you may want to enroll her for the weekday morning session which is usually less student. at that time there were only 2-3 student...http://www.alihk.net/beaumont/clubs/jolly_phonics_summer.htm
So far her spoken english is getting better. However, their phonics teaching is slow. on the second month, she is learning sound of "a", last month "s".
In le beaumont she had learnt all the 42 sounds and started blending already. Now, I am teaching her how to break words like "win - dow", "look - ing" etc.
