2. My bb is 2 months old. I want to hire a Filipino maid aged 27 , has 3 kids (9,5,2), with no overseas experience, studies hotel and restaurant mgt in University, is it a good choice? Or should I find a experienced maid who is over 35 years old, has 6 yeas overseas experience.

ANS:{It's depends, if you are working mom better choose a experience maid because you have not enough time to train her up, but if you are stay in mom you can consider the non-experience one. Usually no experience maid more royal, follow instruction and hard working but need more time to train in household works}

(3)有冇規定話佢要出境幾耐先可以再返黎香港?

ANS:{佢係從新申請大約等4-6星期先會出Visa，出左visa寄去菲律賓俾工人做出境手續約2星期，合共約兩個月先可到港。}

With the new wage increase coming into effect on 6th June, I don't know whether I would be affected as today, will my submission of the signed contract of 5th June to the agent with the old wage amount still holds or would I be affected by this new increase? I spoke to my agent and she seemed clueless. Your insight to this would be much appreciated.

ANS:{We still need to wait for the news from Consulate regarding they will let us process the old wages' contract until when, normally they will give 2-3 weeks for us to finish all the cases signed before June 06, that mean your case shoulde be done under HK$3400. BUT it will depend on your Agent's ablility, they can rush the contract & submit the visa application to Immigration before July 03 or not.}

ANS:{如請海外既Bun Bun，首先請帶同工人資料上菲律賓領事館問下可唔可以唔經agent攪(即Direct Hire)。如本地請既Bun Bun通常都會攪，唔使擔心。詳細資料可去入境處取Guildline & Contract set 睇左唔明再問我}

請問如果巳出3封WARNNING LETTER給外傭，就不用給一個月通知金，可以即刻叫佢走？？？

ANS:{法例從來無話出左幾多封Warning letter，就可以不用給一個月通知金即刻叫佢走喎。反而有話即時解僱是嚴重既處分，係需要犯左"非常嚴重的過失"，先可即時解僱而又無須給予代通知金}

－應唔應該同agent呢

－係咪要預備一張14日內有效既機票
－係咪出多一個月糧
－如果果個月未做夠30日，係咪照日子計番就得呢
－做左17個月,係咪要俾17個月應有既大假既錢呢
