我仲有嘅同大家分享, 但依家夜喇, 明天再講
响出發前, 我地再一次 reconfirm booking 16/8 in 18/8 out, 酒店回覆有 booking, 同話最早 check in time 14:00。 我地响 16号 Book 左架 van諗住攞房後再去 Laguna 行下 & Lotus 6:00 pm 睇日落食飯。 大約
3:15 pm 到酒店check in, 等左一陣, 當時 front desk 不算忙, 個 staff 攞住個 map 同我地講 話 我地 book 嘅 Penthouse 4 bedrooms 無房, 依加比兩間 2 bedrooms 嘅 Villas 比我地, 有seaview, 近海灘咁話, 我即刻 stop 佢話
“No Villa, we book penthouse 4 bedrooms not villa, we don’t accept and your villas got very bad comments and give me the reason why we confirm the booking before and now has no room” 佢隻眼就碌黎碌去, 好似有 d 嘢唔知点講, 我 friend 問
“ your hotel is over booked?” 佢答
“Yes” 跟住我話我要同你 manager 講, 等左一陣, 有位個名牌
“Jim” 嘅 lady 出黎同我地傾, 話Penthouse 4 bedrooms fully occupied, we can’t ask our guest to leave and give you the room. 嘩！慶到癲左！
咁之前我地 send email 比你 reconfirm booking, 有話 confirm booking嘅？Yes, we have your booking but now is no this kind of room for you” 話最早14:00 check in, 我地都唔算遲者, 唔通要我地一到布吉就 check in, 佢答
“Yes” 
跟住話
“Would you consider our penthouse 3 bedrooms instead” 我地話点解要我地 accept 其他 room types, you should make sure our booking availability rather than ask us to take other choices before we come in. 佢答
“You should take a look first, or if you don’t accept our alternatives offered, you better get the money back and go. 我friend 話算啦, 冷靜d 睇左先, 我地見咁多小朋友 “go” 去边呀？佢果边咁扁僻, 而Ｄ細路又好期待個 water park, 可能 呢個都系我地嘅弱点 so no bargaining power. 為有睇完後再叫佢 refund ...... 啦！
Hotel staff 帶我地去睇左一間Rm no. 4000 villa 先, 都唔錯可以考慮, 跟住 睇 4001 傳說中好似有蝌蚪 “摘菇池”個間真系好唔店, Ｄ蝌蚪清左, 但一入屋一陣臭煙味, Ｄ燈 short short 地, 窗廉壞壞地, 不是太幹淨。 最後睇埋 個 Penthouse 3 bedrooms Rm 3403, 入去感覺幹淨d, 地下有Ｄ積, 個 Microwave and Oven佈滿油積同一陣嬈烤味，Ｄ Toilet, 房, 都 OK, 係驚唔夠床瞓。最後決定要 Penthouse 3 bedrooms, 同要酒店promises refund difference of room charges 最後回水 3200B,
extra bed at no cost, extra breakfast free of charges, airport transfer 等 for compensation.
Plus 叫 house keeping 清潔番Ｄ地方, 搞搞下都己经成 5 点幾, 去唔到 Lemongrass, Laguna area, 只好去 Lotus 食反, 費事連日落都睇唔到。
夜晚返到去, 大家都心情 recover 啦, 期待第日嘅 water park。
Water Park 都幾啱我地玩, 
我地由 11:00 am 玩到 5:30 pm 先番酒店, 諗住沖完涼就去 Markpork 食反, 点知！……
前一晚我地收到一封 notice, 話要 emergency maintenance for hot water system from 10:00 – 14:00 thats why 費事咁早番去, 玩盡 d. 沖涼時小朋友除曬衫開熱水沖涼, 等極 d 水都唔暖, 我細佬仔凍到震曬。 我老公見住d 水越黎越無咁款,叫我女唔好查梘住, 跟住真係無埋水添,。
我姑仔立刻打電話問, 我地就幫 d 細路換番幹嘅衫, 費事凍親. 跟住電話 Back & Fore 到夜晚 八点幾都未有水, 加埋肚餓, 只好6 杯麵食, 好采之前响巴東 Big C入定貨。跟住差不多一個鐘後就有水, but 熱水就無, 又好采我帶左個胶桶仔比呀仔玩沙嘅, 我地就玩煲水沖涼,用膠桶放入煲熱左嘅水溝加凍水比Ｄ小朋沖, 大人就沖凍水涼。又無得出去食反又要煲水沖涼,唉！
總結黎講, 呢間酒店 行政混亂, 保養差, 人手唔夠 (D staff 都 nice 嘅, 好似有句口号 “we serve you by heart”, but 無力 者) system 唔 update。又多大6人, & 旅行團, 吃早餐時好似搶咁。都系果句, 如果唔係為左個 water park, 真系唔會考慮。

Book 嘅原因就系 "water park" 住客免入場費. 我地经過一輪掙扎,決定 book Penthhouse 4 bedrooms 住 last 2 晚. 係 thru " agoda" book 要 prepaid 兼過曬數。雖然爬左不少文知道呢間 d villa 唔掂, 諗住睇下我地有無 luck 喇
