Samantha's kryoga class is really tougher than before, but I still managed to do most of the exercises today (although my spine was not straight enough). however, when it came to eagle pose, my right ankle (where I twisted 2 weeks ago) was a bit hurt, so could not hold for 20 counts. I wonder whether I need to stop doing yoga for a week or so in order to let it have some rest.

have I ever asked you all re fast heartbeat? when I did yoga this lunch time, I felt my heart suddenly beat very fast, but soon back to normal. even though I'm not doing any exercise and am just sitting, my heart sometimes will suddenly beat quickly and soon back to normal. what do you think? heart attack? do I need to stop doing yoga?
