嘩,幾時澳元跌到咁低,係就好囉,可以即刻買樓,

傻瓜..aud600=hkd3600呀唔係1200,因為一件防水風褸都要$120,一件校褸都要$185,點會唔貴呀....... :-( :-( :-( 最衰校衭同hk既唔同,所以都要買過.

我其實對做家務都早已習慣,始終唔會好似hk咁每日都會拖哂全屋既地,呢度係隔幾日先拖一次,kitchen地就會隔日拖,不過地毯就要日日吸塵,唔係我忍唔住d狗毛.
我話哂有老公幫手煮飯買餸,但你就自己過來仲要照顧細路,會比我辛苦囉.不過佢地返哂全日,8:30-3:30咁你都有好多時間做自己野既.得閒同佢地去下公園,吸下新鮮空氣好relex,同hk真係幾唔同囉.我地pack左bread,fly eggs,corn,ham,chicken wings,coke.....咁,做lunch慳好多,因為人多,下下出面食好貴.假日就出下車去d遠少少既地方旅行,真係唔錯,你快d過來啦.
星期日經過glen waverley,見那區都好旺,幾好住咁.仲有個玩滑板既公園.好正....

st kilda還未去,遲d等weekend會去下,philip island既企鵝我十幾年前睇過了,要等佢地放學校假先會考慮去.暫時都會去d近近地又低消費既地方.那裏除了strawberry都有cherry摘嫁,不過今年早左收成.星期日去到得返strawberry摘.

想請教你child care benefit同child support(maintenance)有咩唔同,我地填緊family assistance 既form,都有d唔明.

Hi all girls,

We were so busy during the long weekend. We went to everywhere for the open homes, but for the true, none of the houses is good --> when the price is good, the house is ugly; when we love the house so much, on the other hand, we hate the price so much...

So my husband is thinking about build our own house. But as I remember what Amy did say before, building own house is the most headache thing in the world, is it true?

I did said "To build our own house make me headache" because we have to go everywhere to see the display house, then need to decide a suitable one, also had to choose a building company, lastly is to choose the colour and material for building, but you can have a unique and new house within an affortable price-->this is the biggest reward, right?
Go and see some new display house and area for compare and get some ideas la.....

Thanks for your information and I really love what you said, "you can have a unique and new house within an affortable price-->this is the biggest reward".

We have been to Point Cook on last weekend. Its very nice and the land is not expensive too, but it seems like not conveniences for buying goods, is it right? Which part of the Point Cook did you buy? We really love those houses which just near the lake, very very nice...but of course can't afford to buy those houses la...

I think from now on, our weekend event is "visit display homes".....

I had bought "Innisfail Estate" in Point Cook, for buying things, there will be a shopping centre in the estate later or we can go to the "Sanctuary Lakes S.C." (the one you see the lakes beside the house), if we want to shop a lot of things, we can go to "Werribee" or "High Point" S.C., I think is enough for my family la....

Hi Vincy,

Child Care Benefit is a payment from the Govt to help families who use approved and registered child care. All eligible families can receive some Child Care Benefit.

Child Support is the financial responsibilities of the father (normally, sometimes can be the mother) following separation or divorce.

I hope this clarifies your queries.

買私人insurance我都煩左好耐,唔知同邊間買好,初時好想好似ngtft咁買medibank既,佢仲有promotion到1月31日咋,但又好似大部分識既都買mbf,跟住上次問veron佢地,佢蝦子餅又介紹左第3間,搞到依家都唔知點好.

我老公都話搵日去睇睇point cook,如果我地可以住埋哂附近就好囉.

話時話,如果我地去開dandenong market買平野,但成箱太多,同你同埋veron,kk地分,好唔好呀??我地多數會買都係蔬菜同水果,咁大家都有著數,又唔洗食唔哂.(上次我地買左一箱蕃茄,唔計爛既都有60個,足足食左1個月......haha,如果有你地分就唔洗咁慘)

My husband just discussed the buying property things with his workmates today, and now we decide to build a house in Point Cook.

Reason --> its the only place that we can afford to buy a house there and of course because the place is very nice

We really couldn't find a nice home in other places...for example in Box Hill, never can buy a property in here as the pricese are too high for us.

This weekend we will go to Point Cook again ....Amy, are there any tips that I need to know?

早輪到現在都非常之忙呀！我已經quit o左份工喇！做到CNY Holiday前，而新工作將會在3月上班 (4 days work per week)，係幫我朋友手既~

實在令我好懷念係mel讀書時過o既生活, 上年過年o既時候有同老公去過sdy & mel, 我地係幾個朋友自遊行租架車睇地圖四周圍玩, 因為我地唔想好似跟團咁, 所以訓到自然醒就去玩, 到左夜晚搵間有特色o既餐廳食晚飯, 再揸架車兜下風or四圍行下, 之後去酒店附近o既24hrs 超市買"燒夜", 唔知點解我地啲女仔特別鍾意行超市發現到hk無o既野就好開心要買, 哈哈哈........返到hk我地至發現原來我地o既手信大部分都係超市買.......呢個trip特別開心, 因為可以見返啲舊朋友, 去返啲熟識o既地方, 真係好想可以"回到未來"..........

我老公第一次到澳洲, 但就已經好鍾意啦, 特別係mel.佢仲話如果可以最好一年去一次添......計我話如果第日仔仔讀書or移民一定會選mel......

請問各位Ladies有無係澳洲生bb既經驗可以分享一下?
