Hi 菜心,

好多謝妳無私地答大家咁多問題，仲成85頁咁多添!

其實我都有個問題希望妳可以俾D意見我:

我個菲傭第一次黎香港，係我屋企做左年半，佢話屋企人有事前後問我借左幾次錢（有借據），再每月係人工扣番，現尚欠$15000未還，但昨天佢話我知原來佢之前仲問左財務公司借左$25000，現在佢已無力還債，財務公司開始call佢。

我想知我可以做ｄ乜野呢？唔理佢，我怕財務公司最終會騷擾到我屋企，要幫佢，自己都無能力。仲有，係咁既情況下佢可以自己中止合約回菲律賓嗎？我怕佢會再係出面借多D，然後一走了之。

Finally I have chosen the one with no overseas experience.

Before confirmed the employment, I asked if she agreed to cut her hair and let me keep her passport, she accepted all my requests. Hope I have make the right decision this time.

我今日叫咗工人帶文件上去,點知打回頭,原因係:
(1) 雙方個signature既date唔同;
(2) wage adjust咗未改;
(3) 冇release letter正本,原因佢星期六已submit咗去Imm Dept,所以要佢僱主再 issue多一封
Q:工人話佢果邊既手續要等last date當日先有得搞,現階段只係幫我submit 個application, is that ture?

哎,左搞右搞,我好擔心8月工人黎唔到呀!

Luckily, the new maid signed the job offer before the effective date.

I am now in a dilemma. I have originally planned to fire my current maid in August when the new maid arrives but today, she asked to be released early coz she knows that I have trust issues with her as I have caught her doing too many dishonest things and have been monitoring her moves which she dislikes. My hubby had not agreed to her request as he told her it would take us 2 months to find a replacement but in fact, he wants to manipulate the situation in our favour. So she didn't say anything after that. If she tenders her resignation before we actually terminate her, would that affect my new maid's application? What should I do - terminate her now as per her wish, ask her to tender resignation or wait until August and then terminate her unexpectedly?

我剛剛在6月3號簽左個本地菲佣，個agent話今日同個工人去immigration dept. 話排期起碼到27號出visa,因我top urgent need the maid,我是否可以寫求情信去speed up the application process.

另外，個工人在香港做了四年，如果我叫她簽house rule她唔肯點算？請本地完約菲佣還要注意什麽？！

我工人最近比我發現有二個名, 有二張証, 一張係佢個樣唔係佢現在個名, 一個唔係佢個樣, 係佢現在個名, 我應該點做. 教教我, 好煩.

ANS:{It will not affect the application, in fact if your maid had already left your house, you can request the Immigration to expedite the approval process.}

ANS:{You have to ask yourself can you do without a maid during the window period if you terminate her immediately. If not, you just have to bear with her until the new maid arrive. However, if your maid want to resign herself, you cannot stop her too.}

mrsrose, 請你睇下幫唔幫到手la, 因為我依家想同印印續約, 又要出示薪金證明, 我份薪金剛巧全年收入約欠$9000才可續約, 而我老公係自僱人士, 本身諗住自已公司出證明信大約$2000一個月便足夠證明薪金, 怎知女傭公司話唔係咁好, 最好揾第二間公司出薪金證明及由公司做埋自動轉賬過薪金, 咁就萬無一失, 我依家都煩咁

我工人家中有事在４月中走了，五月８日簽了新工人約，而３０號先入form去入境處，我打比入境處，佢話要等ref no.出先可以做野，仲話加快信只是快一星期，死啦！我兩個小朋友只得１１個月同３歲幾，現在叫個部月幫手日間，但我巳病了個幾星期，真係好辛苦，我已連同我個仔的醫生信比入境處（因佢有哮喘，醫生寫了一封信），請問係唔係已冇任何方法可以再快ｄ，因個部月就快唔做，我已成日早走，我好驚，我快死了，體重下降，同事已話我有焦慮症，請問仲有冇方法可以快ｄ，我真係好想工人６月內到．

ANS:{你可以試下親身上去交信及要求見主任，但都唔一定會快得幾多，固入境處最少都需要2-3星期先會批visa，另外單單cases都急，佢地都做倒麻目晒真係你急佢唔急}

另外，個工人在香港做了四年，如果我叫她簽house rule她唔肯點算？請本地完約菲佣還要注意什麽？！

ANS:{首先你講既係咩証先?如係身份證就大件事: 如果你想計繼用佢，就當唔知千其唔好對任何人講。因為工人有可能用假名或假身份證明文件入境，咁係違反入境條例，隨時可俾遣返架}

因為我依家想同印印續約, 又要出示薪金證明, 我份薪金剛巧全年收入約欠$9000才可續約, 而我老公係自僱人士, 本身諗住自已公司出證明信大約$2000一個月便足夠證明薪金, 怎知女傭公司話唔係咁好, 最好揾第二間公司出薪金證明及由公司做埋自動轉賬過薪金, 咁就萬無一失, 我依家都煩咁

ANS:{唔使煩!欠$9000咁少，有冇2萬元左右既儲蓄呀?有就出示BANK BOOK既可。再唔係老公自已公司出證明信大約$4000，再加要每月自己入數俾自己10/6($4000), 10/7($4000)入到直至出Visa，然後提交Bank book or statement就得喇，唔使叫朋友出信或Autopay咁煩架。重係唔明請PM你手提俾我再解釋俾你聽}
