我家D小朋友本來睇開大圍既陳國立醫生,但佢suddenly離開左佢做開個間醫療集團...哎, 都唔知點先搵到佢...佢好細心睇小朋友, 又有耐性...價錢合理同埋近屋企...

我想問大圍&沙田區有冇第二個e生介紹呀????本來仁安有個莫醫生都好好家, but too expensive for us 了...有個叫姓梁既醫生都係附近....但唔夾d細路...真係好煩:cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

近日囡囡頭髮的底部明顯脫髮，頭上沒有紅腫或紅點，原本頭髮已經稀疏，是不是唔夠營養，或其他？唔該晒！！

High fever of 2.5 month old baby

My baby was 86 days old and she git high fever 39.2 last Sunday. We go to hospital and panadol was given in ward but the still has swinging fever. She has blood taking, NPA aspiration,X ray, and urine culture via suprapubic tapping. My baby has fever subsided after two days and Dr allowed her to home. All the results are normal, Dr Yonex, I want to ask what is the reason why she got high fever ( Actually we dine outside with her a day before fever)?
The second question is it more effective of the medicine used via anus ( Dr give her in A&E for fever)
Can u introduce Paed Dr in Tsing Yi?

Probably Viral infection.
Rectal Suppositories absorbed more readily but effectiveness depends on the medicine and the the route of entry to the boby. Try Dr. Charles Wong Yat Cheung in Adventist Hospital, Tsuen Wan.

One more question to ask , my baby will be 3 month old on coming Sunday, Now she take 5-6 meal per day total 25 to 30 oz per day is it too much.
Sometime she feel hungry after taking 5 oz milk especially in the evening time, should I give her milk if she cry for milk?

你好，我bb現4個幾月，現食人奶+2餐奶粉
平時一日呵最多3次，最少一次都吾呵，半夜吾會呵架
佢上星期連續3天朝早，於換片時都發現呵左便便，
同埋一日呵左成5-6次，帶佢睇e生，e生話佢絛片片有d青綠便便系腸胃炎，比左肚瀉藥佢，話冇呵就吾洗食
點知bb呵o下停o下，d藥食o下停o下，今天朝仲呵左3次tim
但因為2餐奶粉轉荳奶，d便便就黃色傑糊仔咁

1. 如果就咁食全荳奶，吾比人奶，系吾系可以幫助減少呵既次數呢？我弟婦bb試過，佢bb冇食藥，全荳奶ok，好番
2. 如果再系咁，need to see doctor again ?
3. 藥房有d止呵藥，電解水咁可以比bb食？咩名？

Yes, feed on demand. We cannot court as car for petroleum.

Yes, I did though i'm not on a very good position to conclude. Virus can give u fever without other symptoms.

e.g. Kaopectate
電解水咁可以比bb食
e.g. Pedilyte.

小女上星期六打完水痘針, 直至今日(已經三天)都未能排便, 想請問這同打水痘針有關嗎? 她現在二十一個月, 之前從沒有這種情況, 而她已飲了得多水及有足夠生果和蔬菜, 所以很担心.

另外, 想請問有冇暈浪丸係俾兩歲小朋友服用, 係咪可在一般兒科醫生配倒? 有沒有不良副作用?

我們居於加拿大.小女現年5歲, 從2歲那年開始到現在, 每年1, 2月就會氣管敏感,咳嗽多痰, 每晚咳至不能睡覺, 有時咳到嘔. 每次都用singulair 及 inhaler. 想問點解每年都那些月份? 會否斷尾呢?今次用 singulair plus
- salbutamol INH 100mcg/sp HFA(Ram)-- 2puffs/4 times a day
- fluticasone inh 50mcg HFA (GLS) -- 2 puffs/3 times a day

both for first 3 days and reduce doseage if symptoms improve

這藥0k嗎? 幫助除痰嗎?

另外可否加中藥一同治療???

仔仔剛一歲,一直有濕疹,而家睇緊中醫控制得幾好,想請教以下問題:
1)一歲針可否遲1-2個月才打呢?因怕影嚮濕疹得似控制的成效.或可遲多久呢?
2)有自然療法的朋友話最好不要打這一針,會引發濕疹,你點睇?
3)仔仔呢幾日啫啫仔好紅好痕,每次換片冲凉佢都會用力拉扯,去睇咗DR.話係濕疹,揸類固醇,但我想問同包皮有關嗎?因他身上的濕疹已好咗九成幾.
