我有一張Huggies Club訂中碼頂級柔適片的form，要一次過訂2箱，每箱有3包，每包50片，即是total有300片，要HK$400.00，，如果有媽咪需要張form，我可以寄給他。係包送貨架。

Your baby had first injection (3 in 1) in clinic, now the second had 5 in 1 , is it OK????? but 少了一次腦膜炎針, 駛唔駛捕打番?????

It is very beautiful le. Bobo cannot turn by herself because she is lazy to move and she is only enjoy to play her hands and put the hands in her mouth.
