I thought about part time job, but worry about if the children were ill, had assembly, inset days, sport days.....I would have to take day off ...
There was time they were ill! And even unexpected event...... and I had to watch them at sports days, too.

when I was breastfeeding, I got high tempreture a few times, becasue of the milk block. My health visitor asked me to freeze the cabbage and cover on my breast. But I didn't try.

How big the lumpy bits are there? If not very big, just a small lumps, I think in a few days (if you don't touch them), they will go eventually.
