point cook係在city既西南面,好近port philip bay既新開發區,但其實都唔係太新,已經開發左一段時間,但依然好多新屋苑起緊,box hill當然近city多過point cook,但佢行fwy既話都好快(大約20分鐘)出到city,我見d新屋連地價都係26k-36k左右,比較affordable價錢.真係幾吸引.
因為我去那個係wholesale market,一箱箱買既話仲平過超市同hk,但量太多好易爛,所以最好搵到人share,咁就大家都慳左囉.
暫時都係oz生活費比hk平,因為出外消費少左,食野少左,租平左,無左菲姐姐人工,管理費,停車場費,細路補習費,課外活動費......等等,但電話費,水電費,生活用品費都比hk貴,有部分日用品什至是hk既4-6倍.

If the income exceeds the maximum threshhold for Part A, you won't get anything. If you don't plan to work or work part-time but the income does not exceed the threshhold for Part B , then you will be able to claim the full amount.
It's good to look for some semi-developed estate coz you can have the idea what the estate will be and not just a diagram. You can also ask them to provide you the house & land package, its cheaper a little bit but the cons is limited of land you can choose from. Look for some promotion items. My house's fences is free of charge.
From Point Cook to City, about 20 mins freeway drive. Point Cook is west of Melbourne where near HopperCrossings. Many lives in Boxhill said it is so far of point cook to Box Hill. It needs about 45 mins drive. The midway of Point Cook and Boxhill is the CBD.

其實都係考慮下姐,既然係有潛質既樓盤都想去睇下,我地多數都係2年後先會買樓,仲有好多時間睇樓,遲下glen iris有新樓盤都會去望下.
今日佢地開哂學,d細路返呢度梗係開心過係hk好多啦,我2個大既都好ok,我比較滿意大仔那學校,第一日就有功課,第2日就有小quiz,可能始終高form,有d hk feel........i like it.....haha.我最怕佢地太懶散,依家反而最擔心係細女,佢返小學好似返幼稚園咁,日日唱歌,畫畫,聽故事,你知啦,hk小一已經默書測驗到暈,今日第一日接佢放學,除左對sock,問佢竟然話老師話熱可以除.......仲要書都無本派返來,激死,就係中外文化差異,最慘之前谷左3年既田鴨式,依家懶散哂,唔知點搞好.

我知的我都非常樂意跟其他媽媽 share. 記得我初來步到時，環境陌生，朋友都唔多一個。 當時要係6個星期內攪掂個 wedding。 由買 gown, 搵 venue, photographer, make up and hair 到 baker for wedding cake and printer for invitation cards etc 都係自己一手一腳搵。 當時真係有 D 不知所措架。 所以我好明白有人問下，share 下，真係爭好遠。
