due to valientine's day,next week, myoga got partner yoga (7pm or 8:15pm). two instructors teach together.
maybe u will hv interest to join with ur husband? so u can do partner yoga with ur husband at home from now on lor. learn one more thing. i think it's good wor.

Myoga invite non-members come to try this new partner yoga.
rabbit, ^0^, pluie, u all come together? maybe one of u can be my partner so that i can join too. u all think think la!

after that , maybe we can chit-chat? let see la. i want to meet u guys again ar! :lol:
pluie, u shld come with ur hubby. partner yoga, so romantic & intimate! maybe he will love it then!

双手盡量直, 頭望前面, 膝頭哥喺armpits area.. 向前縱少少.

好, 我今次試下你呢個軟method. thanks!!

如果我可以響呢度搵到d 好少少既yoga class 我都真係未必會返香港返得咁密 (其實都係一星期一次姐)... 但搵唔到. physical d yoga 堂得45 min 咋.

因為我見人地上得好快架嘛. anyway, 我晚晚都會練習下架啦. thanks. 咁shoulder blade 夾落d 既意思係近地面多d 定係要離開地面呀? 我的確係冇放鬆架, 要maintain balance 唔好反, 好難放鬆呀!

我星期三最遲 7.00pm 船返馬交, join 唔到啦. 我老公都唔會有興趣join, 我叫左佢好多次試下, 佢都話落街跑步好過! 但我未見過佢落街跑出囉.

你唔好蜢啦, 你話過架, 始終有一日做到既, 唔駛心急. 你日日都響屋企練下... 一路睇電視一路做crane...

thank you so much, i brought a book regarding partner yoga and practised with my hubby at home for few times, my hubby appreciate teacher in Planet only......
