Unless she had done something really bad or had serious misconduct, else you should terminate her by the standard regulations. I am sure she will go to Labour Department to file a case if you don't have a strong evidence and support for her summary dismissal.}
If I terminate her, what should I do to terminate her at once? She is not hire from an agent, just I direct hire her from Philippine. What procedure I need to do?
