Cleaning and scaling is ok, but 補 is definitely a NO NO !! I used to work in dental office so trust me !! Just try to be as clean as possible for now. Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day (possible if after meal) and remember to floss your teeth everytime after meal. Cos cavities gets worst very quickly during your pregnancy.
