Thanks for your info. I came to QE by person yesterday. But the first appointment date is 4 Jan 2007 as the staff said the booking is very full. At that time, I already 26 weeks la. I'm very worry as I haven't visit the doctor (both public or C+) up to now. :-( :-(

Don't worry, you've got pregnant for just 7 weeks. You can go to other doctor to do check up, then follow the first appt. to QE.
My expected delivery date is 27.1.2007 and my first appt. in QE is 5.12.2006, that is, I'll attend my first appt. in QE after week 30!!! Do you know why.
Coz at the beginning I want to has my bb delivered in United Christian Hospital. I later realized that there is no 2等房 in UCH after my 2nd appt.. My colleague advised me to transfer to QE. But the appt. of QE is so full that I've to wait until 5.12.06.
The staff of QE told me to continue my checking in UCH and transfer to QE in December. Therefore, I think you can confirm your registration in QE, but also register and do check up in other clinic.
Also, if you wanna do OSCAR, remember to make an appointment early coz it's very full also.
Would you wanna try Tsan Yuk? I called & registered Tsan Yuk when I was 6 weeks pregnant. I had my registration in person on 2 Sept then had my first anatental checking on the next Friday. My 2nd checking will be happened on 23 Oct.
If Tsan Yuk is not too far away from you, I will suggest u to check there as it is very effecient. I spent less than an hour to complete the whole process including the waiting time. They are more efficient than my private doctor....
Can I also registration at another clinic or hospital? Thanks for your remind. I already booked the Oscar appointment at PWH by internet yesterday. They replied to me at the same date and confimed to me the booking is on 17 Oct 06.
