the alarm clock and my family members could not wake me up for the midnite pumping last nite. so, i slept for 6 hours non-stop! so, happy! but i was waken up by the stone-hard and painful breasts. thank God. NO block!!!! and i pumped 17.5oz (10oz + 7.5oz) at 5 this am.

not really that lucky ah. no more space for frozen milk. need to throw away some before their expiry dates in these few days. :cry:

but i'm really happy that there was no block. you know, the immediate thing i did this am when i regained consciousness was feeling my breasts to see if there is any block. so frightening to have block with so full breasts.

食得嘢多都唔一定肥，係dietary同運動量問題，唔好因為體型而唔開心。
