If not soup, I usually cook winter-melon with stuffed tofu-pok. Just stuff in minced fish-meat(鯪魚肉)in half tofu-pok, then put big piece winter-melon, garlic, stuffed tofu-pok in chicken-broth, cook for ~10min. Then it's done....easy & yummy. Wing Fung likes the broth absorbs by tofu-pok and eat together...

I never teach my maid to cook thick-soup('tong gun'). But I ask her to try beef & corn cream soup for tomorrow lunch....hope Wing Fung likes it. Take more rest and recovery soon la...Holiday is coming, you will be busy then...

Not quite sure ar...but definitely not 味精 lor...I usually ask my maid to use with water, i.e. 1 portion of chicken broth + 2 portion of water.
