ANS:{前僱主只俾佢一程返印尼機票或錢，只有單程機票咁返左去點返HK，所以當然係要新僱主(即係你)俾佢由印尼返HK既單程機票啦。其實無論你個工人從海外申請/在港完約轉僱主/續約，每2年合約僱主都係要俾來回機票各一程架}

This morning, I went to my fd's sis home. The cooking bun is good at cooking chinese and western food, but she is emotional. I talk to her a while, she missed her parents very much. Her mom got diabetic. She worry her mom's health. Then cry, I don't know how to talk to her la. I think she is really good but emotional. Difficult to make decision.

Or if you really feel she is good, why not asked her to go to your house for a details interview during her day-off, then you can see whether she is suitable for you or not.}

由於我將自己照顧bb, 不需要再用工人. 我可否把現有的工人轉介給親友用, 免卻一個月代通知期? 是否需要經agent轉傭主的名? 有無其他野要留意. 請指教.

ANS:{首先工人轉介給親友用可以，但要工人同意。根據法例解僱工人一定要俾一個月代通知，並唔係你有工介紹就唔使俾架。Bun就唔需要經agent，印就要經agent轉傭主。你最好問清楚工人意願先，你唔好一廂情願去按排工人轉僱主，因亞姐未必領你情!}

即將為老人家請外傭, 想問下如果maid跟住老人家到仔女家時(每週一至兩次),可否叫maid幫手煮飯同洗碗,會否不合法?

ANS:{法例上工人只可在合約地址內工作，去仔女家都唔可以，另外要注意係勞工保險，如果工人係非合約地址內工作
而出事，可能不獲陪償及保障}
