Cold Moscato is very easy drinking.

Yellow wine? is it the one to cook with chicken? They are quite nice but strong.

I also like whisky.....Japaneses one.

Yellow wine, 花鵰, warm it and eat with Shanghai cuisine; perfect

Whisky, both Scottish and jap I like; different style.

For red, I like more full body like Shiraz

and I like to visit vineyard to drink and eat in the field

but don’t know when can travel again now

I like to drink it warm with a preserved plum.....yum

I have a few bottles of Jap whisky, johnnie walker and a Remy Martin XO at home. But mostly for looking only

I also prefer Shiraz than cabernet sauvignon and melot. I love vineyard visit but haven't been to one for so so long (at least 20 yes)

I used to visit vineyard 2 times a year before.. too crazy..............not at all, that's the way to enjoy life

Not really inconvenient... I used to travel a lot as I told you

But now, I move my base out out of hk due to patent

mom is getting old and want to be stay close with her

My family immigrated over 30 years... I am the only one who back to hk, China to work

And actually I miss the variety of wines, whisky in hk so much

and also different cuisine

It’s so good and I like Shanghai cuisine a lot

I used to go Shanghai 2 times a month for work before and can get eat very good food in there

now.. can only think
