我而家1 week keep住3次運動, 開頭肥咗2lb, 營養師話冇問題, 後來肥再多2 lb ,營養師話因為減肥期間食得少, 而家食番正常, 所以減肥後肥番3-4lb 是正常的, 不用担心, 只要keep住食 m1520就ok. 我12次 maintance 完咗.營養師話我都食得好乘,唔洗再join maintance. 但我已經食得好清同做運動,唔知點解上個月又肥咗4lb, 總共肥咗8lb.

I will complete the program on 21/12, then 2 months maintenance period... i still have 6 lbs. to lose as i have stayed the same weight for long time..
My dietitian asked me if i want to join the program for 1 more month before maintenance period, of course need to pay $ la.. i think i won't la as if i eat less + exercise, i should be able to lose 6 lbs. myself... only these days i ate too much snacks!![]()
I have lost total 27lbs. in 4 months! my target is to lose 33lbs. in 4 months, cannot meet my target la!!!
