Actually, my BB had eaten papaya & apple+prune juice, but no effect, still havent poo poo. He is so far OK but after eaten cereal, the problem happened. Anyway, thanks for your advice.
毛媽,
My baby (8-mth old) does not like congee and cereal. So now I only give him about 2 tablespoon of congee (made with veg and pork but not give him the pork) during lunch (12pm) and 4 times of milk (7oz) at 8:30am, 2pm, 6:30pm and 10pm. Do you think he's taking too little solid? Any recommendation? I tried to increase his solid intake several weeks ago (by giving him more congee and with the pork/chicken), but he vomited frequently - about once every other day. So I gave up. Should I try again? Thanks in advance for your help.
1) I don't feed my daugther any citrus food before 10 months, eg orange.
2) Why still not give baby meat? They need protein to grow...
3) You should keep try again as he need to adjust to taking more solids eventually. But just no need to force him. Keep giving a little bit more day on day until you meet feeding 4 Tbsp each meal with 2 meals a day. This is the target to achived by 9-10 months.
Rice: 4-5Tbsp (max two times a day)
Fruit: 2 Tbsp max (max two times a day)
Veg: 2 Tbsp max (max two times a day)
Meat: 1 Tbsp (max two times a day)
Fruit juice 1:1 or even 1: 0.5
