其實有時連我自己都唔明點解我會咁crazy... 何況我老公. 當然都未及rabbit crazy...

我不斷都有同我老公講呢樣野, 其實佢係明白, 但佢唔接受. 而加佢似乎都開始軟化, 只係叫我小心d 條頸.

如果我唔係成日咁多病痛我諗我仲crazy過rabbit呀.
yoga真係可以比到我好布satification,而且要高度集中精神,真係好relax.無其他

you know when you can do the pose well, feel very exicted ga! yesterday... my spine was in the very good status, did the camel pose... I put my hands on the floor then got up (usually only could laid down).

yes ar... now I'm working hard on standing back bend to wheel pose. If you've spare time, you must try Deva's hatha yoga.. now I changed my mind.. as learned a lot from his class.

呢度泊車平, $700 - $800 一個月. 係d 街位難泊囉, d 位好短... 叫得做錢七, 都係d 比較長既車..

To my understanding, it should be 向上伸展. If you want to have a flexible spine, you must attend deva's hatha & cathy's kryoga sun series 2. These 2 I attended a lot in Jan/Feb. Found my spine being much flexible, that's why I can do the full camel pose.

re : wheel
actually I found your wheel pose is very perfect . if you keep to practise your spine.. I'm sure you can do the standing backbend to wheel.

我見過samantha 做bow, 上半身同下半身都舉到好高呀. 仲要腳掌掂頭. 我記得我上deva 既hatha, 做camel 時佢想整我做你果種full camel, 嚇c 我, 我覺得佢aggressive 左d. 所以我好驚上佢堂呀.

我個wheel, 我都唔知自己做成點, 不過almost 次次prof 都會correct 我呢個pose, 我估我都做得未係 perfect. 你個full camel, 大比果條筋都要好鬆先得.

ya... d is a bit aggressive... but he pushed me to do the difficult poses.. I found I was ok wor.. but must be very sure you've enough warm up.
