I took 1 tea spoon garlic vinegar directly after breakfast and dinner. But if you think the vinegar was too strong, you can add some water. Because it was made with garlic, I'm afraid it will taste strange if you add honey but you can have a try anyway.
I tried lemon vinegar today. I added 300ml water and without honey, it didn't taste good and a little 拿喉 but it's O.K.
