我呢個朋友which is 係我二嫂個家姐黎....佢地做生意,好有錢....已經c 命叫佢唔好依家買樓,係都等到出年先,睇定d先....不過佢可能太有錢,係都話睇啱就買.....
仲有,明明得2公婆住(囝囡出哂國),係都要買複式....無辨法,佢地係大陸人,響深圳觀欄間屋,佢話個廁所都有我半個廳咁大.....搵MOS係因為喜歡個海景靚,而且交通方便。
果日我幫佢打電話去問樓盤仲好笑...個地產聽我講話要複式& around $10M左右,一定以為我玩野/吹水....聽完我電話後無即刻幫我搵盤,走左去食野....點知我再打比佢話同佢另一同事傾完,知道有一個盤可以即睇,不過因為同佢傾先,所以就算睇都比佢1st priority,佢就即刻話10mins後可以響VA 4座樓下等....我地當時估佢一定係連野都唔食,仆返公司攞key去同我地去睇樓,哈哈!
