I understood this because I'm in this area. But as I mentioned earlier, hours before 8am when primary schools should have already started the day shouldn't have much problem. Traffic before 8am are comparatively good. The worst situation would be after school when it is busy hours. So I propose schools can consider to arrange short school hours (summer school time schedule) to avoid clashing with working people.
Kindergarten is more difficult to handle as their school hours start later around 9am , that's when it clashes with ppl going to work.
