My maid in front of my friends and relative, very polite as my family treat her very good. I think may be I blame her before porpor call la.
She treat mama also good as mama no complaint of her. My agent told me yesterday no need to treat her too good and don't talk too much and too close with my maid. I said I want to treat her good so that she will be nice to gugu ma. Talk to her much as want to feel that she is part of my family. But the agent said no need, otherwise she will be spoiled and they never think that the employer cheat them good gar. Just need to talk about BB stuff and housework stuff is enough.
Yes ah.. warning letter is not easy to issue gar and need to signature on the waring letter means she did do the wrong thing. Then need to send a copy to agent for her record and better ask the agent talk to her, agent can act as the witness.
