Your case same as me. The Kwong Wah's doctor said that I can deliver naturally. The private doctor said that the 2nd bb is smaller than the 1st bb and it may lack of oxygen after 1st bb come out. So he also suggest by operation. The private doctor's suggestion base on the most safety approach.
However, when I ask Kwong Wah's doctor, he said they will decide the way of delivery depending on my situation at that moment. He means that either deliver by operation or natural. It's seldom the 1st bb by natural and then the 2nd by operaion. He also say that I can recover quicker by natural born so that I can take case of two babies better.
Anyway, I didn't strongly request the Kwong Wah's doctor because both suggestions have pros & cons.

Could you tell me what sympton cause you to go to hospital? And how many weeks ?
Do you use any method to reduce the pain? What is your bb's weight and how long did they stay in hospital?
I am now become very tired(today is 34 weeks). I cannot sleep well and always dream about going to hospital. I afraid that I will be too tired to deliver by natural.
