My M finally came last week. Very heavy for the 1st 2 days... and last for 4 to 5 days.
Currently, I only pump 3 times a days 3 to 4 zo each. Still my BB don't like me milk and I forced my husband to finish what stil remains :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: . He add sugar to my milk ?-( .
My production has dropped a lot and my maid tend to give formula more often to BB. (it is easier for her to do so) Well, I will continue until my milk fade out naturally.
Once I stop pumping, I will start my keep fit plan. Now, I am 155 pound. Hope can I reduce to 120 pounds.
My weight was also 155 pounds for my last pregnacly. It lasted for 6mths and then I went to a beauty centre for treatments. Believe or not, in 3 mths, I have reached 117 pounds .
However, u have to follow the diet strictly: You can not eat rice with meat, if you eat veg and meat, 30% meat and 70% veg. Also, drink soup with special receipts...
Of course, have to do treatments everyday. (the beauty centre is very near to my office, I went there during lunch for hot blanket and "Tung Lum Pa".., after work, I did the G5 treatments etc. Guess how much it cost total? Less than HKD12000.
Well, it was 4 year ago and the centre was closed. I will try to find another beauty centre provided that it is affordable... On the other hand, I will start to use hot blanket at home after stopping BF completely. (I have bought a hot blanket last year but then discovered I was bingo, and have never use it)

. 初時試過幾次阿Bi飲唔晒要倒咗去, 我幾心痛呀! 後來又試過幾次阿Bi飲唔晒, 我咪飲埋佢囉. 初時都覺得唔知點咁, 試多幾次就接受了. 而我的屋企人都冇乜嘢講. (我阿媽重話以前佢睇一個大陸醫生話佢身體唔好, 如果可以搵到人奶飲就身體會好啲)
