re: property
my hubby has a flat at Sheung Shui for investment purpose during 1997. He left it for his brothers to live, no matter whether they have paid him rent or not, I ask him to sell it out quickly. As lost is lost, the price can't get back as before. Now, I'm feeling better, at least he don't need to pay anymore Mgt fee, electricity bill, phone chg........etc

no way, now even my hubby's brother didn't live at Sheung Shui, so really wasting. I think better sell it out, then no need to worry about it anymore ma. Also, I think if he need to pay for 3 mortgages at the same time, it's too much la, now we've maid & Ansel, already spend a lot.
My hubby's 1st property investment has earning, but now sell this flat out, totally paid it back lou. So no gain no loss.

my friend, just married for a few months, 1st OT with hubby after marriage, she find it very very painful to OT with her hubby, really can't tolerate, once at the important moment, she will pain to die and reject her hubby IN.
i use my experience to ask her relax, enjoy, don't be hurry la, spend more time on PRE-OT ..... etc. Still not work. She reference some books already, afraid of being "ROCK GIRL" wor!! (don't know in chinese, she wrote me email on this term).
Now dunno what to do? 見心理 Dr. or 婦科好 lei?
at this moment, she don't have the 勇氣 to tell mom, sisters, or Dr. . . . . really trouble. But she wants to have bb wor!! ?-(
