About this matter I've asked the Labout Relations Officer for my case in 2008. The Officer said that she will not keep any record or minutes of the discussion in the meeting, so once we gett out of the office of the Labour Relations Dept, everything that was said in the meeting is forgotten. Second, no matter waht the rubbish maid has admitted or said in in front of the Officer, all statements and evidence start all "afresh" when you proceed to the Labour Tribunal. Again, the Officer said everything said in the meeting won't contribute any legal effect, and can be denied subsequently in the court..
