唔駛唔好意思!

其實當初都有其他媽咪想join九龍區, 但因未定時間地點而改join 香港區。如果妳地想轉番去九龍區, 在4月7日前pm我知, 咁我過去中西區媽咪會recruit剩餘的額, 唔駛唔好意思, 我知道湊住小朋友山長水遠坐車係好辛苦的

因為佢地行政在尖沙咀, 所以無論交cheque或cash, 都要寄/交到尖沙咀office。

填表時留意:
1) 報讀活動名稱: 開心荳芽組(自組-灣仔區)
2) 若同時申請會員, 在表中選"申請中"

唔知各位媽咪交form & payment progress如何呢??

Do we need to specify the exact start date and time of the playgroup?
I am a bit confuse on the no. of forms to be filled in..
Are there 2 forms?
One is the 活動報名
2nd is the 家庭會員 application form?

Yes, 2 forms are needed - one for membership (家庭會員 application ) and one for the playgroup enrolment (活動報名)

仲有沒有媽媽想join九龍組呀???因為要10個人才可以開班。要盡快埋組呀，因為係first come first serve 的，無得hold 住架.......
