Choices of TIME
We could have the party for 2.5 hr, e.g. from 2:30-5pm. YMCA can give the room to us 0.5 hr earlier for us to start decorating, so, the helpers could come at 2pm helping out the decoration.

Choices of DATE
Please vote for Jul2 or Jul9 again!!

Choices of PLACE
We will go for YMCA (LINK) (about $98+10% service charge) as we have 28 votes for it. When you see the floor plan under the LINK, 4/F is all booked by the church, so, we could only have 3/F rooms. If we plan to occupy the whole 3/F rooms, we need to have min. 100 adults+childs. We need to pay 50% of the total as deposit to hold the 3/F rooms for the date that we choose.

Note: price quoted is food only, not included money for games/prizes/decoration/souvenirs yet

Note: let's limit no. of people to 100 first. For those register after 100th adult/child, will put into waiting list

Any suggestion on place with "square shape" ballroom? The one in YMCA is "rectangular shape", it is not very good for table set-up as some tables will be very far away from the stage...

Thanks!! I am checking with the hotel we went last year, but I am waiting for the sales to tell me whether the room is available for the 2 dates. Things we could ask:
1. price for adult (10% service charge??) and whether 2yrs baby can be free of charge
2. whether the room can hold 100+ adults and 50+ babies
3. with stage and mic or not
4. ask for floor plan, such that we could know how to arrange the tables and stage
5. whether the room is available on the 2 dates (Jul 2 and Jul 9)
6. from what time to what time (prefer afternoon tea time), and how long we can stay inside the room (prefer 3 hours)

I have checked Eaton Hotel.
They are available on both day, have 3 menus $108, $138 & $168 PLUS10% service charge.
the time is 1300-1600 and we can get the room by 1200 and hand over on or before 1700.
I have the menu & floor plan, do you want to have a look?

Actually, I've call several hotels, some are too small, some are too "rectangle" for us & some are too expensive.

HiHi ! 各位, 我想和我兩個孖 B 報名參加 !
雖然我知道已經過o左時限兼名額巳滿, 但係 ... 我遲得有理由o架 ! :-(
唔知各位有冇印象上年的生日會有一對孖仔 BB 呢 ? 冇錯, 佢地就係我這兩個孖 B 喇 ! 那時我的會員名稱叫 [ KIN-KIN] , 因為早大半年事忙, 少o左上來同大家交流聊天, 自己大懵到連 password 也忘記了 ! 問番站長, 但佢又不能成功於我的 e-mail 答覆我 (可能被我個 e-mail 的 junk folder 截o左o卦 ? ) 如此這般攪了一個月也不能成功登入。 終於決定放棄 !
現在改用新的 log name 向各位報名 , 希望各位能額外配給三個大人兩個 BB ( 3A2B ) 的名額給我, 日期方面原全冇問題, 麻煩哂各位 !!!!
