ckkwkl,

which place in New Mong Kok you think is good? Are we going for Chinese food? Or Vietnanese? Shanghai? Canton? Korean? Japanese? Indian? Western?

Ladies,
Have you ever tried Vienna Restaurant at Bayview and Weldrick (north of 16th)? It's a HK style western restaurant.

Another place is Asian Legend (Mei Heng Chuen) for Shanghai food. There are many locations (Leslie and Finch, Leslie and Hwy 7)

Any other suggestions and preference?

If my hubby comes along, I can bring Caron because I won't be able to handle her alone especially I am pregnant now.

Another thing is I have to come at 7:30PM or later(depending where we are meeting) because my hubby finishes work at 7pm. Hopefully it isn't too late for all of you.

the restaurant in mongkok centre (hwy 7/kennedy) is called cheung kam - cantonese food - no "mei ching". can sit as long as you like.
i can go any place you ladies like; and 7:30 is ok for me.

I knew cheung Kam - never try that before, no issue to me.
vienna is new to me, I don't mind trying, it is closer to my home

but will it be too far for ckkwkl?

Asian legend, - I tried that in commerce gate, good - I have the 10% discount card...

7:30 is o.k. to me, but just thinking, if ckkwkl is picking me up after work, then where are we "wondering" between these hours..

or you will pick me up when time came? :lol:

I didn't know about Cheung Kam until I asked my hubby. He saw the name before, but we never tried.

doggie, my hubby works on Kennedy and 16th, so he could passed by your place to pick you up.

i got doctor's appointment on Dec 29, but if for 7:30, should still be o.k for me. will need to check out with my husband to see if he has any "party" marked without notifying me

office in North york (sheppard/404) , home in (woodbine/major mackenzine), Poohpoohmama will be off on 29, and her home is closed to mine home...

as mentioned "cheung kam" (kennedy/HWY 7) or vienna (16th/Bayview) is fine to me...

may be u want to check rabbit's location to see which one is closer. and could vienna too far for CKKWKL as she lived in Scarborough
