if my maid has no bank account in hk and I pay her with cheques, does she need to pay any bank charges, please advise. My last bun bun refused to take cheques because she said she has to pay HK$50 each time she cashed my cheque. Thanks.

The first month, I need her went to bank and open an a/c, every month I will give her a/c cheque for salary before 7th of every month
I think even she steal the records in the further, I can check with the bank
and
I will write down the holidays record on the copy of the cheque and need her to sign. on it
Am I correct??
In the first month, even she didn't work for one month, I gave her the salary at the end of the month, then I can easy to handle not later than 7 days to give her the salary every month
