我睇佢盒寫住有好多vitamin架, 有葉酸, 鐵, 鈣....
唔好食咁多罐頭啦, 無益架~ 琴晚我老公煎左好好味既午餐肉, 我都係食左一少片ja....

橄欖油的美膚秘密
無論是橄欖果還是橄欖葉，都能從中提煉出橄欖油精華。它含有豐富的脂溶性維生素A、D、E、F、K，不飽和脂肪酸含量高達88以上，能輕易地被皮膚吸收，起到保濕、抗氧化、防敏感、防紫外線、抑菌等功效，可謂最簡單有效的護膚勝品。

1. 滋潤皮膚
用法：敷臉，先用溫水把臉上的油污洗凈，以幹毛巾輕輕拭去水分，再用棉花蘸橄欖油，遍抹於臉上，經過10～15分鐘後，用熱毛巾敷面，最後以幹毛巾輕輕擦拭即可；潤身，洗完澡後在一杯水里加入一些橄欖油拌均勻，分次淋在身體的每一個部位，再適當地按摩，可以使皮膚更光滑。
2. 除皺

用法：眼角紋，對付惱人的細紋、魚尾紋或者眼部細紋，可以用兩滴橄欖油加上少許蘆薈膠拌勻後抹於細紋處，一旦涂上去就吸收了，馬上看不出紋路(外出時不用洗掉可以直接上粧)；妊娠紋，用一匙橄欖油擦於妊娠紋處，輕輕按摩，長期堅持，可去除妊娠紋，或使之變淺。
3. 護髮
用法：先把一個雞蛋黃和適量橄欖油攪拌成糊狀，頭髮洗凈後將其抹在頭髮上，停留20-30分鐘，再洗凈，您的頭髮將會變得更光亮及富有彈性。
4. 上、卸粧
用法：上粧，在基礎化粧品中滴1～2滴橄欖油，揉搓後均勻塗抹於面部，皮膚馬上就變得亮澤而生動；卸粧，在化粧棉上滴兩滴橄欖油來卸粧，它可以把頑固的彩粧卸掉，包括標榜防水的化粧品。
5. 潤唇
用法：晚上睡覺前用熱毛巾敷一下嘴唇，再用化粧棉沾橄欖油覆蓋嘴唇，隔天起來又是粉粉動人。尤其對每天都要涂口紅的人來說更需要這樣來保養嘴唇。
6. 護足
用法：將海鹽與橄欖油以2：1的比例調配，充分按摩腳部後，再用毛巾擦乾；給雙腳按摩。將凡士林加入數滴橄欖油，混和後即可用來給雙腳按摩。

小提醒：
選擇橄欖油的時候一定要注意，一定要選擇特純冷榨的橄欖油，只有這樣的橄欖油才能美容，普通級別的酸度大于1度的橄欖油是不能用于美容的。一般市面上銷售的橄欖油有許多種，但真正可以用於肌膚的只有少數，消費者在選擇時需謹慎一點（最好選擇酸性質在1以下的）。

I returned to Baptist Hospital on 1/6 and stay until today. The doctor (Grace Wong) in Baptist Hospital made mistake totally, the bleeding is caused by BB not the polyp. BB has heartbeat on 1/6 when I entered the hospital, the blood cannot stop during these few days and the Doctor again to remove the remaining polyp on 2/6 and I forced to stay one more day to wait bleeding stop. But today the blood still come out and the BB without heartbeat.

I left the hospital and visited my own doctor she told me the blood may not come from polyp. Now I don't know how to clear the fetal from my body. The doctor said that I can wait the BB come out naturally. Any suggestion.

lolo298, I'm very sorry to hear that.... hope your body can recover very soon and try again shortly.
People always say that let the BB comes out naturally is better than do the D&C operation. For my experience, I got pregnant again in 3 months for natual miscarriage and in 6 months for D&C operation. However, if the BB cannot come out totally, you still have to do the operation in order to remove the remaining fetal tissue. However, although natural way may allow fast pregnant in future, I suggest you better take more time to allow your body totally be recovered and be well prepared.
Don't worry, your BB just go back to the heaven. He is very peace and always your BB in your heart. Take good care...

I'm sorry that you lost your BB.
I also got a miscarriage last year at about 5-6 weeks. It came out naturally.
Then I went to visit dr. to have a scan to make sure my uterus was clear. Then I went to visit chinese herbalist 何樹x to clear the blood and boost my health. I only visited him 3-4 times as the medicine is very bitter.
Western dr. told me that one can get pregnant again after 3 months. Chinese herbalist will tell you when you are ready to start trying.
