個人覺得你最好遲一個week先start swimming, 我記得你囡囡好似係第一次swimming?

我個女果時學游水, 係無間斷, 冬天都游, 我記得有一年, 真係凍到佢喊, 落左水都吾肯郁, 話就話南華會係暖水池, 但真係凍架, 你有留意的話, 看下d教練, 凍天個個著晒褸企係岸邊行黎行去, 吾一齊落水, 你就知有幾凍啦

My son 聞 pulmicot 3 times daily. He doesn't have a flareup for over 6 months now. It's steriod. I have read medical researches extensively and they all claim that inhale format of steriod has minimal side effects. I have friends who have been using it for life and they are tall and normal as grown up. Interestingly they are all over 6 feet

係呀, 其實呢你睇佢個室温有咁多度, 但係真係係水入面又係另外一回事架.... 我試過同佢一齊試, 嘩, 我都覺得頂唔住, 除非個小朋友真係不停咁郁先唔會cold 囉.

any sharing ?

I'm new to this topic. I have a girl who is now almost 5 years old. She has 鼻敏感 starting from the age of 4 years old which is inherited from her father. I have brought her to consult Western Consultant doctor as well as Chinese doctor. At last I keep on letting her drink the 'Sun Yi Fa Soup', her nose is under control, just only rubbing the eyes and nose a few times throughout her night sleep. However, she has got 氣管敏感 this year, she did not cough all the day, sometimes no throughtout the day, sometimes a little when she woke up in the morning or an hour or two in the evening or before sleep. In early Feb, she continously cough for 2 days and when I bring her to consult the doctor, the doctor said she got a cold, but there's no symptons of running nose, blocked nose etc.

hinhinmummy, May I know if your girl has taken anything to minimise the 氣管敏感 problem? Also has your girl 敏感 to any foods ? For my girl, she is 敏感 to the cream in the cake. Everytime, when we attend the birthday party and after she has eaten the cream, she will cough for at least 1 - 2 hours. Right now, during the daytime, I just let her drink the crocodile meat soup/sun yi fa soup at daytime and I'll let her take the western medicine before sleep: one for cough and one for 氣管.

By the way, what is 貼三伏天? I have never heard of it before ????
