it's still early to determine what your faint line on red D represents at the moment. I only know that the green d will tell the result on the day 14 after you ovulated (probably day 34 in your case) as the whole process will be completed in 14 days then HCG will be released. therefore maybe red d show some clues a bit earlier, for example day 30 onwards ??? of coz some may vary.
My suggestion is to re-test by red d from the day 30 onwards to see if the red d gets darker in color. then use green d.
Or you have many red d at home, you may test it everyday, but do not hesitate about any results right now as it gives no clues.
Or just use green d/ pregnancy test on Day34.
