我聽過呢個方法, 但成日都好驚扶唔實wall, 一野sir 鬼左落去. 好難get up 得返.

同埋做wheel, 係要之前做好多poses 夠warm up 先做得好. 我響屋企就咁pick up 黎做, 做得好衰.

learned the techinques.. at least can let both legs off for 5 sec... but the shoulders & arms are very tired, will keep to practise at home everyday.

我都係arms and shoulders 好tired. 不過我睇書話對手只係做少少support, d 力應該係集中響個頭度架喎. 做得岩既話唔會好受力. 我諗都係要日日practice 自己摸索下個technique.

支MM mascara, 我覺得搽上去時有d 一舊舊呀. 同埋暖水洗唔甩.... 我又未買makeup remover....

you tried to 印一印 on the tissue before to use, same! practise then you'll get the techique ga la.

其實我都聽prof 講話應該feel 到 elbow 受力. 但light on yoga 唔係咁寫... 佢寫"the whole weight of the body should be borne on the head alone and not on the forearms and hands".

我呢度其實都有sasa, 不過我未有時間去買咋嘛, 跟著佢又可能休息. 你唔駛幫我買啦, 我返得黎香港我都可以自己買既. 我初三返黎, 不過做唔到yoga, 冇時間買野架啦, 我諗緊初四或初五再自己返多黎一次.

Firm the shoulder blades against your back and lift them toward the tailbone so the front torso stays as long as possible. This should help prevent the weight of the shoulders collapsing onto your neck and head.

Firm the outer arms inward, and soften the fingers. Continue to press the shoulder blades against the back, widen them, and draw them toward the tailbone. Keep the weight evenly balanced on the two forearms. It's also essential that your tailbone continues to lift upward toward the heels. Once the backs of the legs are fully lengthened through the heels, maintain that length and press up through the balls of the big toes so the inner legs are slightly longer than the outer.

Last night stayed in my mom's home w. heib... now still in my mom's home.

actually I'm not flexible from the beginning, all trained by the instructors, splite... backbend... my spine got problem after heib was born as I used the 'no pain injection'.

how to improve the flexible... for me.. very simple.. just keep to do the stretching for forward bend & backbend.

for me, no prob for forward bend ga, but still dunno what's wrong with my back bend postures lor.

me today 3 lessons:

Stretching,
hatha 1,
Tantra Yoga.

wanted to attend Ashtanga Vinyasa but no more energy lur~~ tired me!

新年快樂

今日同老公一齊上左 yoga tapas, 好多人呀, 有四十幾個, samrat 帶左 ashtanga vinyasa, hold 好屎耐, 跟住 professor 帶 hatha m-a, 又係 hold 好屎耐, 做完已經90分鐘, 攪到 kapil 帶唱 mantras 過哂鐘, 但全堂都好開心, 因為有 jagan 係到攪攪震....

真係無諗過大年初一可以去做瑜伽

唔駛去拜年, 一日yoga 到黑, 真係羨慕都黎唔切啦!!

我聽日返hk 囉, 但冇得做yoga 呢... 拜年咋.... :-( :-( :-(

我岩岩做yoga 時, 做唔到wheel 架... 做到好似coffee table 咁, 仲要兩三秒就訓低.
