Hi rigang,

我個菲傭住在菲律賓一個距離Manila18小時船程的地方。
請問在她約滿時，我只需買給她回Manila的機票或是再要付駁船的船費？

ANS:{根據法例唔只係返Manila，而係要俾佢返回原居地，即要付駁船的船費或內陸機費}

ANS:{Yes, by Law employer need to pay for it because this is one part of Philippines Consulate payment regarding the renewal}

工人passport問題

你好:我剛請了一位印尼工人,原訂今日由agent安排去做身份証,但agent no show, 之後和agent語言上有沖突弄得非常之不愉快,想取回passport自己搞,但agent態度非常惡劣,並說如果要拿回passport會罰工人錢,我應怎麼做? 工人己非常可憐,由入境香港起七個月每個月要還款給agent 3000元,這種做法是正常的嗎? 因第一次由agent請工人,請多多指教。謝謝！

你好, 有問題想請教:

我個工人係7月2日晚到香港, 佢7月3日至到我屋企, 即我應該由7月2日開始僱用她.

根據勞工條例, 頭3個月的法定假期為無薪假期, 若是這樣, 她7月2日到港那天, 是否定為無薪呢? 或者她當天又算不算為放假呢?

她在7月2日開始算為我的員工, 那頭3個月應該是7月2日到10月1日嗎?

我想問你意見~~
1. 我同老公and bb，一家三口一齊住
2. bb日間由嫲嫲接到自己屋企照顧，晚上我們在嫲嫲家食完晚飯接回bb返家
3. 嫲嫲住公屋，我們住私人屋苑

question:
請工人係想幫嫲嫲一起照顧bb同打理家務(主要在嫲嫲家)，但有conflict，因為bb理論上唔係同嫲嫲同住。咁工作地點應該係我自己屋企定嫲嫲屋企呢?

Compensation: 1 month salary + air ticket(Do I have to
book her an air ticket or just give $ ok?)

Does she still has a chance to look for another employer
after I terminated her?

Mrsrose，真係好多謝你花時間幫忙。我試過用search engine好似壞壞地不能找到我的問題的答案，因為我相信我的問題很common，希望你能不厭其煩解答我啦，真的謝謝你﹗

其實我的問題係關係印傭在未完約前要extend visa，而她已續領了新passport：
1. 我到入境處網頁見到要帶'繼續聘用信'，請問僱主要寫什麼？
2. 一定要到灣仔的入境處嗎？
3. 印傭和傭主要一起去申請嗎？
4. 需時多久，可以即日取到visa嗎？
5. 需要與入境處職員面談嗎？
6. 工人告訴我，extend visa的緣故她要出一出境，她打算到大陸一轉，是真的嗎？她的visa可以到大陸的嗎？

你好mrsrose, 我有事想請教你,

我經agent 請左個本地的印傭, 原本今日返工, 但個工人突然間打比我老婆話佢唔想做唔黎lor wor~

搵左agent交涉, 但係agent都冇佢乎, Contract未同佢簽, 手續費攞返晒,
但我唔知會唔會有手尾跟, 例如要取消入境處文件之類, 請問可唔可以指引下我~

呢個情況, 我又有什麼可以做保障自己呢?

真係好煩~~

it's really tired to interview local DH la, the good DH choose employer too, we are living with my mom, DH dislikes
elderly,

there is one reply with extra condition that she ask for leaving our home on Saturaday night after she finishes her job. It is because her church is in Yuen Long and we're living in HK island, it takes a long trip to go to her church. I think this is risky for me to hire her.

so簽咗個oversea 嘅菲 LA, agent fee $2800, the DH has worked in middle east for 4years with same employer, and willing to work in her holiday with pay. I think she is good. I signed on 5 July, and give all required doc to the agency,
the agent also typed a speed up letter for my case, she said the DH will come to HK in end/Aug or beginning/Sep. is it possible? It is bcoz some agent told me it will take 4 mths.

請問我將會完約前1個月通知個工人吾續約,請問俾佢簽個封野係未完約通知書?同俾入境署個封一樣架?定係另外一封呀?係一式2份定一份再copy一份俾佢架?

1. 如果我工人約滿以cash代機票，我重駛唔駛比$100(由印尼機場返屋企allowance)？
2. 新工人9/July黎香港，會住係agent先，15/July才到我屋企，agent話可以同工人協議，15/July才開始計糧，甘做得唔得？
