well... I can't tell much.. as I was a EN 12 years ago(from TWEH EN training school).. and I left HK for 11 years as well..(went to Australia for bachelor degree studies).
we got some Nurse moms here are EN but they don't come often.. you got see if you have luck..

我有個問題想問妳啦~~就係晴晴依家仲係埋身食媽媽奶，不過佢有時食完solid都要扭食奶，想同佢戒唔好成日啜，佢又唔肯呀!!有無咩好方法呀??我媽咪成日要我戒左人奶，佢就唔會咁扭計無咁痴身，會好湊d喎!!同埋我都怕佢成日啜d牙仔會出得唔靚呀!!

it is ok to wean off BF..
I did add the bottle (bf in the bottle) and offered it to Gabriel.. and that was the way to help stopping skin to skin.
bottle given by relatives or other care givers, so Gabriel won't get mad with me.
Gabriel wean off bf on his 21st months old as he was in daycare and asking for breastfeeding skin to skin from his teacher.. (very very embarass)... so, we took 2-3 weeks to help him ..wean off from it.. and complete on bottle.
I took shower with him and told him that mami got no more milk (as he was old enough to understand from our conversation).
for you.. to have another care giver to offer bottle, will help Ching Ching to cope with the lost.

其實上個星期開始，我自覺d奶少左好多(m come前)，就俾晴晴埋身食，佢食唔飽我就同佢講「媽媽無奶啦」之後就補左3安奶粉俾佢，佢都肯飲~~
但係第2日，都係俾佢啜完補奶粉，佢就唔肯飲奶粉啦，唔知係唔係因為佢知道飲奶樽就無得埋身啦.....接住幾日都係唔肯bottle feed呀~~

我媽咪就叫我食d回奶食物，去細妹屋企住2-3日，等晴晴見我唔到就會自然戒到奶，但係我覺得咁做好殘忍呀!!唉~~
其實，係唔係可以等晴晴再大d先同佢戒呢??佢依家15個月，同佢講佢好似明白，但就唔聽話咁囉~~
