Just reminded me that a college classmate lived in Lau Fau Shan and we went there once to have seafood. She knew a restaurant and we had a good feast.
I don't have oysters for many years now as the waters in HK is very polluted and I vomited once right after I had one (which is well-cooked with ginger & spring onion ga). Over here, can't have it as hubby doesn't like seafood and it's no fun having it by myself...

我之前試過用布整個袋，跟住入啲紅豆整到好似豆袋咁，凍就用微波爐叮個紅豆袋一分鐘，用嚟揸住或瞓覺時，放入被度都幾暖

I haven't let Gabriel suck it for more than 3 wks already and getting less last wk..
I haven;t express the milk out either for a few days.
some people said that better ignore it so as to shorten the whole process. if keep expressing out.. it will just keep longer...

I was reluctant to stop breastfeed but no choice as the long suffering from magisitis even if not blockage

I just hope that all the milk in my breast will dry out very soon.. but seem unlikely as I can feel there lots of milk there.. if I express it out now, I expect that more than 7 oz just on the right hand side

pigpig, have you tried something called Lecithin? It seems to help blocked milk ducts... Can't let Grabiel suck more to ease it ah???

Wow, should be safer than hot water bottle. Unfortunately I'm at work and the nearest microwave oven is 3 floors above me!!!
