依家my mom moves to my flat in weekdays to help looking after the bb with me. but if i find the job, bb will live with her and i will take him on weekends.

don't worry... bb has his own mechanism to fight againist the bacteria... my bb also experienced of 嘔milk two times and scared us very much... but if he feels more comfortable afterwards, okay la...
if I were you, I'll follow doctor's instruction... coz medicine can help bb ma...
tomorrow will be cold... take care of kam mo b and youself... keep warm...
try not feeding him the medicine right after/before the milk, wait for abt 1/2 hr, or else it is easily vomitted together with the milk. Hope it helps.
好彩我工人到左香港啦, 星期六去接佢, 唔知佢好唔好, 但起碼唔駛朝朝抱金毛 B 去奶奶到吹到風啦
