actually I only attended once, so don't know the difference. But don't worry about the headstand, if you're scare about it.. just leave it & do the fish pose (usually instructor will give another option for those who can't do the headstand or have period)...

ya.. if you want to have a BIG improvement, must pick deva's hatha or cathy's kryoga sun series 2. These 2 classes can help you a lot! so.... recently I quit kapil's (oh... sorry).

this morning I asked cathy why I feel pain/weak with my waist/lower back, she said that just because not strong, so have to train the waist/lower back more... like cobra, backbend... these are all can let the back be stronger.

no wor... every poses are all for stretching.. of course he sets different poses for different ppl.
same feeling... boring.. everytime same poses same movement, but for stretching... it's very good law.
