我阿女就冇社交焦慮症，只係性格慢熱，佢對陌生人就係咁怕醜，好彩佢仲識得微笑，令人冇咁尷尬。佢係冇咩自信心架，其他唔熟既人問佢野，佢就算答都答得好細聲，但對小朋友就唔一樣，好容易玩得埋，佢係爛玩精。

咦，我老公都可能有社交焦慮症喎!佢對住陌生人就周身唔聚財，逢要問唔識既人野，一定推我出黎，又完全對參加阿女幼稚園同學仔既生日會冇興趣，咦、咦、咦!

Not sure if you've tried this one.

When I give the sweets or present to my boys, I will knee down to their level and then ask him to look at my eyes (hey, at least you can see my eye shadow) and speak with me. This is the basic manner and should practice more. If one does not look at people's eyes to speak, this is no respect and require continuous practice to it. Shy is not an excuse as this represent no confidence.

發覺問題癥結，再行給予針對性治療當然會好好多啦!唔洗太擔心既，我老公都係咁，佢冇接受到咩治療，生活都唔錯吖。小朋友到時到候就會開竅架啦。

但係我只原因既, 佢有社交焦慮, 早兩年經醫生治療過後, 認為已可以適應學校生活, 唔太影響佢既學習, 就停止左治療

我地係自由行, 約￥29X一晚一間房, 我地book左兩間水上房 + 飲左一支水, 埋單￥602, 不包早餐, 似住村屋咁啦

其他種類既房價錢唔同既, 原本我地想第二晚改住樹屋或洞穴屋, 不過樹屋full晒, 洞穴屋就要一個單位咁book, 即係一book就要book三間房, 咁我地得4個人...., 咪改為去樟木頭住下新型大酒店

我都好想住樹屋, 外面望過去好靚, 不過間房係深圳d朋友訂既, 所以只係俾左房租, 玩既野要另外收費

由於check-out嗰日有團香港人入黎, 相信中旅社可能有得安排

Hello hello

I'm back lar! Oh, very exhausted....Hainan is good, at least the hotel and beach and pools are great! Weather wasn't the hottest, so I only wet my legs in the pools, my hair was dry!

Kids spent a lot of time at the pools. Can share photos later!

Read all your posts and glad to see everybody is enjoying the holidays! Yeah, school is back and I"m back to work too....will be in Europe starting from tonite, for 8 days. May still read BK while I'm on the trip! Will meet sister in London for the weekend!

Sandy, I bought some chilli sauce but thought it may not be your brand. I'll bring it out to see if you like it! Can't find the 3in1 coffee though....

海南島真係好正架，但冇咩景點，所以一定要揀一間正酒店。我舊年都係游水、食、游水、食....，全程係酒店個游池游。

好呀，到時帶你d相出黎睇下，等我又摷番我果d，大家分享下都好喎。

你真係風塵僕僕，理頭番黎，果頭又要飛去第二處公幹。

It must be totally absent minded for me how this Orieenterring activity.

This is the first time for my older son who was in the 8 years old up age group, the original 0.5 hr lead to more than an hour to finish by his own.

The reason why is I am thirsty and he used his Octopus watch to get a coke, also the need to go to the washroom to have a bowel. My goodness, he's wasting the time....

Also it's hard for him too, point 1) a lamp post; 2) left of the building, he needs a training for that.

我以前都喜歡越野定向，幾好玩，但如今老咯，體力不如前，唔可以通山跑，上次都係靠我老公一個人跑去搵check point，我慢慢行住等佢，不復當年勇勒。後生時，著住對好重既軍人靴都係咁跑上山去搵check point。

I agreed, when time passes by and also when she gets mature, those feeling will be gone. But train to look up rather than "look down" is important.
