It was not an open day in Canan last Sat. They don't have such thing in Lam Tin. After visiting Creative, I just went there to see see. Pretending to obtain the application form, then go into the counter to look look only.
It's not big at all. However, it's very clean comparing to other nurseries. Amongst Lam Tin/TKO district, I think I will choose either Cannan or Creative.
I didn't go to Deborah in Po Ying. I went to Fu Hong only and didn't really like the environment.

I think I submitted the form as early as you. I haven't received any news from Creative too regarding the interview date. I asked the teacher on Sat, she said the interview date should be in Nov.
For Canan, the interview date for Ching Ching is early Dec.

I ask teacher of Creative about the submittion of application form. She said it's too early for submittion and ask me to submit the appliation by early next year until my son is over 1 years old????
I went to both Deborah last week. I didn't like Fu Hong. I feel very crowded. However, I feel very comfortable in Po Ying Deborah since it's very new and peaceful.
For Creative, Cantonese will be main language in PN. They will have English lesson start from 3 yrs old.
For Deborah, Cantonese or English class are also available in PN.

I will put Creative in 1st or 2nd choice, for I want to also look look Cannon. One of my collegue told me that Cannon is a bit difficult and her son can handle his homework himself (her son is not too smart). I think it is good. And I think if the standard of kindergarten is a bit difficult, it is better for my daughter promote to a better kindergarten. In fact, my first choice kindergarten is Pui Ching , the second is Munsun because they are good and cheaper.

OIC!! My daughter also have an interview on 3 December 10:00. I think I will see you, mm, there. it is because one of my other friend aslwill take her son tohave an interview that day that time.

Your thoughts & plans are exactly as mine. Better to let them have a difficult life at the beginning rather than relaxing. Or else, it may be a headache when you go to primary school. That's why I prefer Cannan to Creative. However, I'm not sure if the teachers at Canan are knowlegeable enough and caring. Need to observe during the interview.
Yes, the time and date for Canan interview are exactly as yours. Will see you there.
My husband also wants ChingChing to go to Pui Ching. Let's share our strategy and tactics in future.

I don't think I will let her study "international" stream as I won't consider to let her study international school anyway.
Actually, my own preference is the traditional school with a good learning atmosphere. Therefore, I would choose main stream. When they study in Primary school, they will easily adapt the syllabus.
For English or Mandarin, I prefer to let her learn it through "english" or "Mandarin" playgroups instead of the international nursery/kindergarten.
